Dave writes: "It seems to be the same type as the Victoria River Spey bridge at Aberlour with the hangers connected to the handrails and the sides and deck hanging from them. One difference is that on the River Spey bridge the deck is free to move longitudinally. The deck etc. do not appear free to move on this bridge."
