This bridge was located somewhere in the Niagara Falls area, but it's unclear if it was located on the Canada or American side of the falls. Presumably it was on the Canada side given the name "Victoria Park". There is currently (2020s) a "Queen Victoria Park" on the Canada side, but no obvious match for the location pictured here.
