Patrick writes, "I was very disappointed to see the 'Sidewalk Closed' sign. Ah, but the roadway was open! I did get a few shots from the sidewalk - making sure where I tread was safe. The sidewalk was deteriorated enough to warrant the closure. With the western (Ohio) end of the bridge letting off onto a limited access type of highway as a result of the nearby newer Veterans Memorial Cable-stayed Bridge, pedestrian traffic is just about non-existent -- except for bridge nuts."
