I believe this crosses the N13 autoroute east of Caen. This bridge was converted from a girder bridge to a cable-stayed bridge. DSI's (Dywidag-Systems International) web site mentions, "The widening of an elevated freeway of Caen in Normandy required the elimination of all existing piers resulting in a roadway suspended from a pylon with stay cables."
