This three-span lenticular truss is one of the longest surviving lenticular trusses in the United States. When these photos were taken in 1990, the bridge was restricted to pedestrian traffic. Later in the early 1990s, the deck was later deemed unsafe and a wooden walkway was suspended from the truss to permit pedestrians to continue to use the popular crossing. The bridge has since been rehabilitated and reopened. Also see photos of this bridge from 2009.
