Richard writes: "Here's a cable-stayed, asymmetrical pedestrian bridge over the Crişul Repede in Oradea, Romainia, a prosperous city (pop: ~200,000) near the Hungarian border. It was dedicated in December, 1974, at the height of Communist rule, and appears to have received zero maintenance since completion. As with most Communist structures of the era, it's a minimalist design. Tree growth has completely shrouded the tower, making photography difficult."
